Cathy Sutherland began her executive search career in Chicago in 1994. Four years later, Cathy launched cgsQuest, inc. to provide the service and guaranteed results she found lacking in the industry. In addition to her experience with leading regional and international search firms, Cathy has trained in behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
Before moving into executive search, Cathy developed her business skills in competitive sales positions catering to Fortune 1000 companies. Cathy serves on the Boards for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and the Indian Boundary YMCA in suburban Downers Grove.
